1.10.13 is the most recent version running on my WordPress currently. Is this the most recent version? I don't believe I have seen any updates come up in a while. Can you please let me know if and how I should go about upgrading if needed.

No it is very outdated. Current version is 1.15.1. We resent your receipt, click View content and download the latest version. Remove the old one and install the new one https://3dflipbook.net/wp-user-manual#installation . Enter your license key in the plugin setting for auto updating in the future.
Will uninstalling the old software cause us to lose our current brochures on our webpage?
No, nothing.
This plugin will not delete in WordPress for some reason. If I need to remove the plugin from the cPanel will I lose our flipbook deleting it that way?
no, they are stored in the database and auto thumbnails are stored in the uploads folder.
