When a flipbook page loads after the first page all pages just hang and spin. (Version 1.13.2)
pdf.worker.js shows: Error: Bad end offset

It doesn't happen every time, you need to browse through a few pdfs on the website. That's why I said it appears to be an intermittent problem as well.
Any verification of the issue when a few different pdfs are browsed?
Checked your pages - it seems like the server returns a wrong data. Sometimes it is ok, sometimes - error.
Found solution, CDN had some kind of conflict with pdf.worker.js, solution was to exclude the directory containing the pdf files from the CDN.
