I have been waiting on my issues with embedding audio which has left me delayed in my work schedule
I haven't heard back and I have emailed twice as well as replied on the forum
I even asked for a refund and to cancel my current plugin, you can disable my access key, as its useless to me without the features and I have found a better alternative on the market
can somebody please get back to me?

Hi, we did not see other questions from you. Sorry for inconvenience. What version did you use? Please try to update to 1.15 - it has visual page editor that will help you to embed audio/video and much more easily. If it is not satisfied you and we wont be able to solve the arising issues we will refund.
Hi, thanks for responding, yes i've tried this, It won't allow me to, it keeps saying forbidden each time I try and update?
i tried to re-install the plugin and it won't let me do that now either, could someone please assist me with all of the above, thanks!

i copied and pasted the video tutorials original html and then also tried it with the link to my audio

in 1.15 you can simply remove this code and use visual editor
thank you, what's the 'visual editor', or where can i find this? and is there a way for the listener to pause the video?

thanks i've found it, i can't see a feature that allows the listener to pause the audio on the page, i'm assuming there isn't one?
Only enable full audio player controls.

hi there, I cannot update the plugin, it keeps saying download forbidden, even if I reinstall it shows as forbidden? please assist?
also is there an easier way of deleting audio in the visual editor? at the moment i have to erase the java script to edit the audio or replace it?
Yes, you can select it in the drop-down list in the visual page editor and press delete key or click Remove.
I can't see a drop down menu?
Click under the Blocks label (white box that shows the name of current block)
I've found the drip down menu but there isn't a remove option, I don't have a delete key on my 'pixelbookgo'

also I can't see a remove button in mine but I used my keypad instead

where do i find my license key?
After purchase you had to receive a email that contains your license key and link to the page where you can download the plugin. Please check your inbox, also check the spam folder.
