3D FlipBook - Flipbook don't show anymore in some pages

Hi! We have used Flipbook for a while now and It has worked great. But suddenly the flipbook don´t show anymore on the members page. (using wordpress password protection). It works on other pages like this: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/36720627?key=adadacab2cd2896c8b5b0ecd37c9065e

We found out what the problem was now. It was a file that was missing and when uploading it again, it works! But thank you for really fast answers!
yes, your version does not have auto update feature, it appeared much later. If you update, open all your books in book editor, wait for generating thumbnail and click update - the plugin will cache thumbnails and your pages will load much faster.
Hi again! I updated the plugin as you recommended but I got this message: "Please wait! The book is processing..." when trying to update all the books as you told me to. The book is loading only: https://pionisten.se/3d-flip-book/pionisten-2022-2/

This is the error in debugging console: Uncaught Error: Unknown action from worker: undefined at MessageHandler._onComObjOnMessage (pdf.min.js?ver=2.5.207:22:283671)
Reinstalled the plugin once again v1.15 and the issue disappeared. Clear the browser cache. I set thumbnail height = 150px like it was before, you can change it in the plugin settings. I already updated your books so https://pionisten.se/lankar/artiklar/ loading much faster.
But this works only when I logged in, if I log out - it does not - probably you need to update cache of your client site.
Hi, thank you for all you done so far! We don't use any cacheplugin on the page what I can see. And the problem looks the same for me and another person who is admin. It strange. I have tried another browser and it looks the same.

Error "Uncaught Error: Unknown action from worker" tells to us that versions of pdf.min.js and pdf.worker.min.js are different. Optimization plugins also can be a reason (outdated cache). Usually they do not work for admins so when i am logged in it is fine.
Thank you, I had to talk too the host for the cache to be all cleard but it works now!
