3D FlipBook - Put full background image in container, remove toolbox, toolbar space

I am trying to remove the space where the bottom toolbar is. I have deleted the class "tbox" and the space is still there below. I would like to completely fill the "container" class div with a full background image on a page. So it would be great to have no space on the bottom where the toolbar use to be. Any help or insight would be great.

I removed the "tbox" chunk of code from default-book-view.html and it shows as being removed in view source when I load 3d Flip Book in a browser but the space remains.
