Hi,
I have update the Wordpress plugin and now I can't see the button in the bar to allow download the book.

If you see the bottom bar the save icon is not present.
you disabled widSettings - in 1.13 download and print buttons were moved in that menu from toolbar.
you disabled widSettings - in 1.13 download and print buttons were moved in that menu from toolbar and it was renamed as "More".
You are right, widSettings was disabled. Now I can see the Download icon.
