3D FlipBook - controls on top of ebook and too much padding

first why is the controls so far up the page making the viewable are so small? all padding & margins for row/column is 0, and row set to full height. also when user zooms in, the controls covers the bottom of the book. thank you

Set default zoom = 1 in the plugin settings and choose skin black-book-view, the short toolbars are designed to hover over a book.
