whats happened to thumbnail view in the new version. It's gone mad, with thumbnails all different sizes.

Since 1.13.0 plugin uses image from media gallery instead of it's thumbnail as the book thumbnail. Previously plugin used the image thumbnail, generated by WordPress, but there were a lot of complains about this.
but its a complete mess now! will take a lot of sorting. May have to revert back to old version for now.
okay it seems an easy way is to auto thumbnail them.
You can go to the plugin setting, set desired thumbnail height, open any book in the book editor and remove the custom thumbnail - the plugin will automatically generate a new one by the book first page.
