3D FlipBook - Lines appearing in seam of pages, also appearing on top and bottom borders

Created this in illustrator and exported as PDF. Strange lines are appearing inbetween the seams of pages and on the top and bottom edges "outside" of the page. Just wondering if there is a better way for me to export this, or if I should possibly use indesign to export instead of illustrator?
