Hi, since V1.11.5 I cannot update the plugin. I have purchased a lifetime license. I have a copy of my site as sandbox, so the license kex is activated in both, what I supposed to be the problem. But deactivating the plugin in both systems, reactivating, reentering the license key did not help. As I have several pdf embeddes via the plugin, I kindly ask for support to solve this issue. BR Sab

Ho, no, I am volunteer for the nonprofit organisation mensa. The purchase must have been done by an account ending on @mensa.de
thank you, your license activated for wpdev.mensa.de. you can deactivate it there and activate on another domain, after activation updates should be available.
Hi, it´s been a while. We are now facing problems with the old version of 3d-Flipbook. The wpdev subdomain is not active, the webspace is empty, so there is no possibility to manually deactivate the license there. Can you perhaps reset or deactivate the license key and provide a new one...? BR Sabine
Hi, we deactivated the license for wpdev.mensa.de, now you can activate your license key for any other domain.
