3D FlipBook - Links not working past page 27

We have worked months on our catalogue, loading pages as JPGS. Last step is adding links to each product to link to our website. All was going great until page 27 of 50. Now we can add links but they do not save in the Flipbook. Please assist urgently!

I am not associated with the support team, but it looks as if our questions will not be answered for a long time, as looking back they have not come here to help their customers in a while. I hope they didn't abandon the plugin, or maybe something happened to the creator. IDK. But I was thinking, don't you build your catalogues in a pdf format first? Because if you did that, all the links should work on your pdf and therefore should work in the flipbook. This would make the process easier, and you can add whatever else like videos, etc. Just a thought.
Thank you. We were using JPEGs as the Catalogue pages were changing so often it was easier to swap out a page each time, but maybe I will now upload the full PDF rather. Great idea thank you. I managed to figure out my issue anyway, the max_input_vars needed to be increased, except we have now hit 5000.
