3D FlipBook - I PAID for Support, but no one is responding!

Well, I am canceling my licensing fee and asking for a refund due to the lack of support! The only reason I paid for the license is so that I would get support and updates to keep the plugin current. So far I have not received any support (one of the 3 questions answered, still has licensing issues), two questions are still not even answered, and it does not work with PHP 8.x that releases nearly a year ago and most managed hosting is requiring by years end.
