If you use only one book on a page and the speed goes down the reason is probably in your web server, especially if you have a lot of visitors and weak internet channel.

What is difference between your free version & paid version ? Is your paid version solve my speed problem ? Do you check my website to see loading time of your application ? My website is a new website, & it has a little visitor, so their is no reason related to amount of site visitors i think.

Pro version has more functions but it is not about speed.

I watched couple more pages on your website: the problem lies in PDFs – they are quite big: more 20Mb and not optimized for web, so the plugin has to download whole file to show just couple pages. Optimize PDFs for web – it will help.
