3D FlipBook - Plugin does not work corectly after i'm upgraded to Pro Version ,

I need assistance ASAP. I upgraded to Pro Version, and I do not see any difference between the free versions. 3D FlipBook is not user friendly and I'm finding it very difficult to use. I would like to use a template but unable to use. I would like to use a skin, unable to use. Overall, I'm very disappointed. I have been trying all day. Can someone help. I need step by step detailed instructions on how to use the theme and skins. I would like to edit the current book and add theme/skin. Thanks! MJ

Is a template the same as a skin? Don't understand the two. Please help. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Yes, skin/template is appearance of the controll elements, check https://3dflipbook.net/skins . Book templates currently aren't supported. You can choose default skin in the plugin settings, also you can specify skin every time when insert book into page.

Thank you for information. I'm trying to insert video into my current flipbook. Can I do this? If so, can you help? I tried but doesn't work. What is the benefit to pro-vision? I expected templates etc., included. I thought it was included. I don't see the difference in the free version. Thanks!

pro version has 5 included skins, free version - 1. You do not have to buy additional skins. here is an example of video embedding: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DD-gpMaP-84. There are a lot of examples from our customers, but we do not collect them.

Thanks for the information, very helpful. I have tried to get the free version skins but there is not an option to download them (the PDF files). I am able to view the samples but that is all. Are there any samples on how to download the skins onto my computer so I can upload them to use for my flipbook?

Is Gumroad affiliated with 3D FlipBook? I hope so, on my site, when I clicked on upgrade to Provision it linked me to Gumroad for the upgrade is this correct? Thanks again for your help.

I am still waiting on help for my problem. I do not see an option to use the 5 skins or free version that is included with pro vision. Also, there appears to be more than myself asking for help, so it is not clear whose is trying to help who.

My website has not been launched yet, so you can't see the page. My website is not ready to be launched until my flipping book is ready. How can you help? If not, how do I get a refund of my upgrade?

I'm still not able to use any skins. I upgraded to Pro version for nothing. If I can't get it to work, I would like a refund. Can I embed a Youtube video in my flipbook? If so how? Please respond ASAP! Thanks!
