After upgrading to the latest, and purchasing the lifetime license (as ours was over 2 years out of date) we are unable to get past the "Please Wait! Book is Processing" notification in creating a new flipbook. V 1.12.2, enterprise grade hosting on Google Cloud through Kinsta. Ideas?
5 days, no reply. We just paid for this, and now it is stuck.
After spinning up a brand new instance of wordpress, installing the plugin on it, and trying to make a post with an 8MB pdf... no success. Where exactly do I demand a refund for my company since you are not able to have a reasonable turn around time?
