Hi, Im trying to update to 1.12.2 and I get this error
An error occurred while updating 3D FlipBook: Download failed. Forbidden
I have entered the license key and it shows my URL in green, but I still get the "Forbidden" warning. I'm on a Mac and currently at Version 1.11.5

first of all check if you have entered your license key in the plugin settings. if you bought license on envato - check if item support is still active.
Hi, It says "Your support has expired". Do I need to pay for more support? It also says "All updates are absolutely free."
You can manually download the new version from codecanyon. Item support is required only for auto updates.
