Hello,
We have been using your plugin for a while, it's has been really good until now - thanks. But now when I try to update our PDF catalogue on Wordpress (which I do usually once per week), I am getting this error message and can't update the link: "Sorry something went wrong with the server please try again". Our website is www.eltech.com.au. We have looked into it but can't see anything with our server. Are you able to assist me to get this fixed so I can update/upload our catalogue PDF? Thanks

Hello, I am experiencing the same problem. I have been using the plugin for almost a year now and it has worked fine but now I am unable to set a new thumbnail after uploading a pdf or images. Why is this an issue and how can I fix it so I can upload the thumbnail?

It is about your hosting, the plugin got wrong, unexpected response. Did you change anything?
I put in another book. I didn't change anything on the server side. I sent you via backline my Pro license details, and there's WP Dashboard UN:PW information in case you could check it out.
