3D FlipBook - internal linking / go to internal page doesn’t work

Hi guys, I've bought your plugin for internal linking, but the deep linking on my index site doesn't work because the parameter after the # is not appended. The address line of the browser remains without page number or page prefix: my adressmyurl.com/?r3d=name-of-flipbook#

View mode: simple Deep Linking: enabled (in the global plugin settings and also in the settings for the flipbook) Deep linking prefix: page_

Can you help me please?
