Hi, we want to create ONE drupal multisite website with ONE code for ONE client we have. As it is multisite it will be available in different setups for multiple domains. Is it alright to Single site lifetime license or do we need special license - one to cover each setup/domain? Thank you!

Hi there, one license for one final end product (site). So if you have different sites - then you need license for each.
