3D FlipBook - Option Buttons below do not show up - blank boxes only

Hi, in my PDF book the Option buttons below for downloading, printing etc (bottom of lightbox screen) show as blank empty boxes. Also the arrows on the left and right to the book only show as blank boxes. See here: https://loesjekessels.com/portfolio/. I need to have this resolved asap. Please help! Thanks!

Thanks so much, that is good to know! I am on Mac so guessing it is probably an issue on Mac. Hoping to get a solution from support on here soon.

update the plugin, you use very old version.
