3D FlipBook - PDF with different page orientation

I have a PDF were one spread I would like to be in Portrait or vertical mode. In the PDF it is set correctly, so while flipping through the PDF, when it comes to the vertical page it will fill up the screen correctly.
But when I put the PDF in the 3D Flipbook, it takes the Vertical page and it smashes or compresses the pages into the landscape format.
Is there a way to stop it from compressing the vertical page into the landscapae layout?

Plugin support PDFs in two formats: 1) the same pages, 2) 1w, 2w, 2w, ..., 2w, 1w, where w is the page width.
So as long as the height of the page is the same I can have a different width? I tried that as well. The spread is 11 inches high by 22 inches wide when the magazine is open. I took the one spread that is a vertical orientation and reduced it to 11 inches high, but 2.75 inches wide per page (5.5 inches wide when it's spread open). but it's still squished.
