My PDF pages show in the thumbnail but in the lightbox of some of my PDF's they load and then are blank but it works for other PDF's I have

I have this same problem. I've opened a support ticket in October. No one wants to help. I have dozens of PDF files.

e***a@ddsystems.com, checked both your pages, they work fine. For books like this https://ibb.co/cNH0tvz - you need to go to the book editor, wait when book processing is finished and click update. They were saved before processing was finished.
