And update the plugin, you use 1.10.15, but latest is 1.11.5

How do you update? I don't see an update option in WP.

We resent your receipt. Download the new version using it. Remove the old version and install the new one. Go to the plugin settings and enter your license key for auto updates.

Hi, I had the same problem. So I followed the sept you proposed to I manage to l***n@theparklander.com and upload again the Pro version but this 1.10.16 version

I did the upgrade, and had to do a cache clear. then it all worked! thanks!

I've got the same problem with crashing pages, but not only in Safari... also in Firefox the page page crashes and in Chrome the PDF is not shown.

it is really not working in Safari Version 15.1 ... not only my flipbooks are crashing, but even the page of 'theparklander' (in top of this topic) does. I've sent you an email with a screen recording demonstrating this for one of my flipbooks.
