3D FlipBook - Need help - updated to latest version of plugin and all my flipbooks disappeared

The flipbooks have all disappeared from the real 3d dashboard, though the files are still there somewhere because the website is still giving our readers access to the flipbooks. how can i solve this? thanks, hal

I've tried deactivatiing all plugins - still won't load "Please wait... the Application is Loading", Using latest version of Safari browser, My download speed is 92 mbps.
PDF file size is 6 mb
