My PDF has terms that are defined when you hover over them. Can you help me figure out how to do this? If the plugin can't do this, I would like to request a refund as this is essential functionality for my client.,

Please issue a refund as soon as you can. I cannot use this plugin if it does not support hover over functionality. And your support response is unacceptable.
How do I get you to respond to my support requests?
Sorry for so late respond. Plugin does not support hover effects from pdf - it renders pages as static images, but you can use css layers for dynamic content: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekpAGfmPI5k
