Hi,
I purchase a year membership not long ago and when I tried to update the app this morning, I got the following error message:
Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden
Could you please advise on the above?

Hi, did you enter your license key in the plugin setting?
I believe I did at the time of purchase but I can't see it on WordPress anymore. Is there a way to retrieve the license key? I can use all the functionalities without any issues, but I can't update it, which is weird. Thank you for your help!
Hi, I'm having this problem as well. I have entered the license key and it shows my URL in green, but I still get the "Forbidden" warning. I'm on a Mac and currently at Version 1.11.5

Hi---we are having same issue. We purchased annual license in May 2021 via Paypal. We changed the payment method to CC just now, and unable to Update. Any suggestions ?

Hello again---sorry for trouble. I deactivated the plugin, then re-input the License Key, and the Update was now successful. All good for now...thanks again
Can someone explain where to re-input the license key to get the new update? Every time I try it fails. Thanks.
