3D FlipBook - HELP! Trying to launch website and having issues on mobile

Hello!
For some reason it was working fine on mobile and desktop, but now it only works on desktop. On the mobile, all the options below the pdf flipper such as "full screen" and "magnifying glass" are gone. It's just these strange squares and you can no longer see where to flip the pages. It also isn't updating the new pdf I've uploaded. Seems to be a bug. Please help, as we are trying to launch tomorrow and this could delay us!
