The application has worked well for multiple months but now after I upgrade my hosting plan with the same company, they moved my website to a new server... the application doesn't populate the ebook; it just stays there saying its loading but it never does. I need help; my students rely on this ebook and they can't access it. Thank you!
Hi, could you write a link to any book to check?
I can but the link is password protected so you won't be able to view it... I can provide screenshot or anything else....
Let me see if I can do a preview.... this will let you see it without having an account or I can create a dummy account for you to login and see for yourself
To create dummy account I need to send it to your privately... Do you have an email i can use to send it?
Yes: author@3dflipbook.net
Ok thanks! I just added you as a new subscriber and also added you to the course. You will have to go to your profile, click on the course and then scroll down. This is where you will see a the Spanish level I ebook link under week 1 of my course. Click on it and then you will see the page with the ebook trying to load but never loads.... I talked to bluehost tech support and they say that maybe its the migration to the new server and now the plugin has to be reconfigured etc.... I hope you can help me.... my students are stuck waiting for this to work.
You should have received an email with your username and password, if not let me know.
I have multiple ebooks in all the different courses and all of them are behaving like this- letting you know to see if that helps!

Insert in .htaccess file in the main folder of your website:
So if I add the code above, this will let all ebooks I have load up without doing anything else? Just have my web developer add this htaccess file to main folder of website and all ebooks will work again? Thank you so much for getting back to me...
I asked tech support of bluehost to add this I copied pasted your message above but it didn't work. He asked, if you can elaborate where you need this code to be added... apparently he wants to make sure he is adding it in right place, eventhough your message says .htaccess file in main folder of website.. :(
