3D FlipBook - PDF not loading

I added additional pdf files to my website yesterday and they are not loading. My older PDF files are loading like normal. What do I need to do to get the new pdf files to load properly?

Could you write a link to any problem page?
My PDF won't load but it appears to be on the page. I can see the beginning of the load wheel and then the page goes white.

Try to set initialization = document ready for 3D FlipBook-> Settings-> General-> Plugin.
How do you wish us to update the support system, what response time do you expect?
