3D FlipBook - After update Version 1.11.2 Issue
Hi, I just updated the plugin per instructional video that I found in the support. However, after the update, the book just keeps loading and never comes up, that's every book. I need these books to work, and will probably go back to the previous version if I cannot get this issue to stop.
I will continue to search around the support to see if there is a way I can fix it, but school is starting soon and my membership website depends on these books in our library. One thing I noticed is that when I open the link on another browser, the book is fine. When I open it up on my WP, its constantly loading??? Weird. One of my other ebooks, showed the front page throughout all 22 pages of the book. I had to deactivate the plugin and install the last version, because I need my books!
I noticed this same issue with some of the other support questions, but did not see a real solution for me to fix it. I also noticed that it is just with the updated version, which Word Press says is not compatible with the site. I say, if it is not broke, don't try to fix it. The last version was amazing. If you wanted to add some other cool things, great! Just keep it at a limit and be sure the plugin stays WP compatible, or else it will break our sites, and cause other plugins not to work. Those with large sites like mine, cannot afford such liberty. I've checked out some of the other issues in the support, and went to some of those pages, for those with the updates, it looks pretty cool if the updates will actually work, and one is not made that can break a site in the future.
hi, the most often problem of updates is outdated cache (browser or WordPress optimization plugins). After updates/install/uninstall any theme or plugin you need to clear all caches - this is 99% of cases. Could you write any problem link for debugging?
I just recently went back to update my plugin adding in the newer version and the key and my pages from a popular book on my site looks like this: https://randomnestfamily.org/3d-flip-book/family-bible-study-reading-plan/ . The thumbnail image or page cover keeps appearing on every page, I had my website person clear all caches. What do I do next? p.s. it also says "Please wait! The book is processing..." it never goes away.
