3D FlipBook - Toolbar visibilty

I've set up several flipbooks without issue. on the initial preview none of the toolbars show, you click on the thumbnail and the flipbook fills the screen with the control toolbar at the bottom.

I've just created a new flip book and the control toolbar is now showing underneath the thumbnail. I need it to be the same as the other books and not appear until the flipbook is opened full screen.

I have tried recreating the flipbook, as well as copying one of the other flipbooks and relinking the new PDF but nothing works the toolbar still shows. Can you help please? Thanks!
