3D FlipBook - 3d flipbook tells me Item is not found PDF and the files are fine

Ingles I load my normal PDF but I use the Shortcode Generator and then I pass it to the sidebar but it doesn't load; tells me Item is not found. Will it be by the theme or version of the plugin ?

Español Cargo mi PDF normal pero uso el Shortcode Generator y luego lo paso a la barra lateral pero no carga; me dice Item is not found. Sera por el tema o version del plugin ?
