3D FlipBook - author

I have tried several times to load the Read First Chapter Now feature, usiing the full width mode as instructed. I end up seeing a little code and/or a tiny icon, but no book. I have gone through the instructions very carefully, so don\'t know what the problem is. Can anyone walk me through this?
