The shortcodes from 3D FlipBook Plugin does not work in the WPLMS Course unit The WPLMS team has asked if "Do you have a tutorial on how to initiate this in Ajax mode?"

we have no experience with WPLMS - it does not render the plugin shortcode, so it is difficult to say what is wrong.
