3D FlipBook - Internet connectivity for license registration

Hello, We want to purchase a 3D FlipBook - Jquery plugin in which pdf will get convert to flipbook - license for a lifetime, But before purchase, we want to clarify one point as our client requirement. While using the product, it should not be connected with any outside network, should not have any cloud network, or should not send any information over the internet. The product should not connect automatically with the internet for any upgrading or even the first time when we start the flipbook. So can you clarify our query? Also, if it is not connecting to the internet then can we get confirmation on our email as proof for a client?
