3D FlipBook - PDFs Not displaying on my website

The PDFs are not displaying when uploaded.

I get the "Please wait ..Application is loading" message, then it's blank. Though I can see the navigation arrows and the options bar.

Can i please get some assistance? The file was meant to be published yesterday.

hi there, please do not use the plugin in inline mode more than 2-3 times on one page: it leads to huge bandwidth and performance degeneration. Also this can be problematic for 3D graphic. Please use thumbnail lightbox mode for this.

Thank you. But I can't find options to change the PDFs to the recommended size?
