3D FlipBook - Missing Colors on FlipBook while viewing on Mobile Device

While my flipbook looks fine while viewing on a laptop, I cannot say the same for my mobile device. Any backdrop colors are completely white, resulting in a poor viewing experience.

Please assist.

seems ok: https://ibb.co/sWSbbV5 , you can set background color on the style tab of the insert dialog.
