3D FlipBook - Why does this plug-in only work on the desktop?

This plug in is working on the tablet or the mobile. I tested it on multiple mobile devices and does show up and it also locks out my off-canvas nav menu so I cannot get off screen. When I purchased it says it works with mobile.
