3D FlipBook - Can’t install

Is this a WordPress plugin? I paid for 3 sites and it does not seem to work in my WordPress site. Did I buy the right plugin the zip file saids 3D- flip-book. Zip. error No valid plugins were found any help would be nice THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME Brian

Do I use both together and install jQuery after or just the Wordpress one
