Hello Team,
1) I am using your free version of plugin, I need help in uploading e-books from S3. While I upload the URL it says "Failed to fetch".
2) I am able to customize settings for PDF files which are uploaded in Wordpress library, but not able to customize same settings for the PDF which is coming from different URL. (Please help me on this)
It is very urgent?
NOTE: and these links are public readable in s3 settings but still i see that problem.

I am using the Lightbox activation link shortcode, It has only text like this

Also its working on localhost but it is not working on live website. [Direct PDF Url] if we are using direct url it is saying unable to fetch on live website.
