When a pdf book is opened, the OPTION BUTTONS for viewing/downloading etc (bottom of lightbox screen) show as blank empty boxes. Everything displays OK on Chrome/Firefox/Android. There is an issue using on Mac OSX/iOS. Please help!

could you write a link to the page where you use the plugin and check examples on this site with your OSX and iOS devices?
I've opened your examples on your/this website - Same problem. The Options/Toolbox on the bottom of the lightbox when a pdf opens - tools just display as empty squares - not icons. When you hover over the tools (not possible on iPad but doable on Mac) then the 'helper' dialogue text states what each 'box' does - but as for iPad/iOS/OSX these tools do NOT display properly (empty boxes are useless unless you know what each box does!). As already mention, tools display fine on Android, Chrome and Firefox - this is an iOS/OSX issue - patch/update needed FAST!
What ios osx version do you have?
Safari 14.1 OSX Big Sur 11.3 - I had an email from a customer complaining he couldn't see the tools on his iPad - so this prompted me to check - he was right!
Works fine on macOS 10.15. installing Big Sur...
Like is said. Buttons not showing on latest iOS/OSX.
