3D FlipBook - Divi theme page - PDF not opening correctly

Hi there - I have just bought the plugin because it looks so beautiful and I want to use it in place of issuu.com. I have tried to put the code as a dynamic URL behind a Divi button on this page: https://tipec.net
The first PDF halfway down the page uses your Real 3D plugin and the other two are still using the issuu.com site to display the PDFs.
When I click on the button I get what appears to be the start of the launch but it stops and never displays the PDF. Can you help please? I would love to use your plugin on this site.

Hi, see no plugin instances on https://tipec.net, this is not Real 3D plugin.
Yes - it is. I have just installed the plugin. I have discovered that to get the page up I need to create a new page for each PDF and then point the button to that page. The page contains the shortcode for the PDF. Try it again...
