I see a problem in your wordpress plugins_url - returns HTTP protocol instead of HTTPS, but have no idea where it goes from. According what i see, the lite version also has to have problems, but you tell it works fine...

Remove all previous version and install this https://3dflipbook.net/files/temp/3d-flip-book.zip it uses plugin_dir_url instead of plugins_url - but, i am not sure that this will help.

i think, i understood why 1.10.11 worked - it has no plugin data encoding and probably you have a content filter that replaces HTTP:// with HTTPS:// but last version encodes its data using b64.
