3D FlipBook - No setting found for the license?

I just installed the new/latest version as per the video instructions. It didn't work.

I did see the license link on the plugin page, however when I clicked it, it went to the settings page and I didn't see a place to enter my license key. Did I miss it? Or is our license expired?

What am I missing to get this latest version installed?
