Hello I purchased the Pro version with Envato. In order to update to the new plugin version, I de-installed the old one and installed the new one. By doing so, I was asked to re-enter my licence key. And for whatever reason, the envato key does not work... ? It seems you only support Gumroad? What can I do ? Thanks, Regards

This feature is under development for Envato keys. You can open refund request on Envato and buy on Gumroad if you do not want to wait.
Ok, what is your estimated time frame?
Hello again, the update failed as well this morning because the licence key does not work. Is it possible to install a previous version? Thanks
Added supporting envato keys. You can use the purchase code, but for updates from wp dashboard you need to have active item support on codecanyon. Otherwise the plugin will say: "Support expired" and downloading will be forbidden.
Thanks. Unfortunately, support expired. This is not really client-friendy: I used to have a plugin-in fully functional in a Pro version with updates (and I don't remember that the licence had an expiry date when buying it), and now I don't. I think you should have warned your users of the full impact of your last update. Kind regards.
PS: I purchased the Pro version for the ability to change the content of a presentation, not for the support itself.
PPS: it seems the Pro feature to update pages is still there. So I only lost the auto-update?
All features are available. Active support is required only for auto updates. You still can update the plugin manually - we publish all updates.
Auto updates is a new function, we thought a lot about prices policy and decided to go this way. We apologizing for all inconvenience, but supporting all clients after single payment is impossible - updates often bring some problem, we receive a lot of new questions after them.
