Hello, I am using the pro version I just received your email and I notice I am using a very old version Version 1.10.11. I would like to update to the latest version so I can receive an automatic update as they become available in the dashboard. I am using shortcode will I lose all the work I have done if I update to the last version? Also can you please provide step by step guide on how to update from the old version to the new and updated version? Thank you.

Hi,

Do not worry about the books, they are stored in the database. Delete the old version, then find your purchase email and follow the video: https://youtu.be/dTSSTeJMta4?t=35 . Do not forget to enter your license key in 3D FlipBook-> Settings-> License after installation.

Thanks, I was able to upload the new version of the plugin however since updating the plugin it just keeps loading. I have cleared my browser cache as well as cleared my cache plugin. see link: https://magneticthought.com/free-mental-healing-ebooks/ urgent help is needed.

I believe there is some kind of caching issue with the plugin.

From the open support ticket, I see someone else has the same issue. I am using a different cache plugin than them my plugin is Hummingbird, however, our issue seems to be the same. I have deactivated and activated my cache plugin but that has not resolved my issue.

Please note this issue only started after I installed the new version of your plugin. I use this same cache plugin with the old version of your plugin.

When I add a cover image it does not automatically appear on the page, it does not appear even after I clear my browser cache. I need to clear my cache plugin and then it will show. However, if I add another PDF it does not show again and I have to repeat the above step all over again.

Also, another issue I am getting is that the PDF just stock on loading again I need to clear my cache plugin and that is after every PDF that I add. Again problem started following the latest update. You can imagine this is very frustrating for me I have not had a good experience with your plugin thus far it has been one issue after another. Can you please help me to resolve this caching and loading issue.

just checked your page: every book works fine. If you have issues with cache plugin please contact their support. Last version 1.10.22 has to be even more stable for cache plugins - it has data encryption to hide urls.
