3D FlipBook - Doesn't work since update

Since the newly released update, nothing displays. I have reinstalled and disabled all other plugins. However no pdi displays on preview or using short code.
The old version works fine.
This is the wordpress version I am talking about

I was just testing things for my other thread and I noticed a new update, installed it and now your plugin is not working.

Strange. It doesn't work here. I've just tried it on my work computer via remote connection, which has a different IP address with a different provider and it's not working there. My wife's phone also doesn't work, neither does my phone which is a different network.
So out of 5 connections it doesn't work. All you get is header and footer on top of each other with no content in between. I've uploaded another flipbook to try and it works. That's really odd.
If I was creating a blank template page and wanted to show flipbook in the centre of it what code would I need? (not the short code for each book), but the code you use to display in the page container when pressing view?
Update has stopped 3D FlipBook working!!! This is a really BIG ISSUE for me as my client is VERY angry. It works in "PREVIEW" (Wordpress) but NOT on "Live" site. Lightbox is not being activated on live site - only in Wordpress Preview/Admin. HELP!!!! (Bluebookph.com / Issues / Previous Issues Links.

The update doesn't work with the standard WP Optimize Plugin settings! I am not sure what the conflict is (HTML/CSS/Java Minification etc.) but with WP Optimize Plugin (Caching) deactivated - 3D Flipbook works. However, I noticed that if I disabled WP Optimize after the 3DFlipbook was updated and then reactivated WP Optimize - both Plugins now seem to work... Strange? But so far update 3DFlipbook - deactivate caching/minification Plugins - then reactivate them one by one. See if this helps getting everything working again after 3DFlipbook update? It worked for me!...
activating/deactivating cache plugins usually leads to updating their cache. You always need to update their cache after activate/deactivate/update any themes/plugins.
Yes. I tried clearing browser cache but that didn’t fix the problem after update. Deactivating/reactivating cache plugins after update worked.👍
