3D FlipBook - EMBED VIDEO

I have tried everything. I cannot get the video in the correct position or get it to play. I have been thrown in the deep end with our website postings and have no idea how to even write codes. Is there a manual or something for dummies. I have to create a flip book from a pdf which i have done but cannot add the video or youtube video. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
