3D FlipBook - PlugIn stops showing PDF file

Dear support,
for some weeks your plugin works perfectly without any trouble.
Right now, it stops showing the PDF files on a page I setup for a friend. Can you please have look what's going wrong or give me a hint what I can check?

The pages are working when I remove the plugin. As soon as I add it you will receive the current result.
