3D FlipBook - How to open flipbook directly in lightbox without the need to click on Thumbnail?

Hello,

I've purchased the pro version and I am trying to open a flipbook in a lightbox to get the nice effect, but I need to open it from a button on the homepage, without getting to the point where I have to click on Thumbnail or a link first because choosing the full-screen mode does not give you the visual effects.

2. this can be fixed if you can advise how to get (Lightbox activation link) so I can link it to the homepage button directly.
3. when I select one page mode only, it opens on the second page every time I flip -- page 2 then page 4 then page 6 ...etc, pages 1-3-5..etc are skipped
4. The angel view is not working, I can't rotate the book, it is always showing flat
5. how to choose the option (reduce lighting) by default?
